To Whom It May Concern,
Let me address the recipients of the 1st Korea International Watercolor Biennale that has been held from September 10th till Ocbtober 10th, 2021 among the works submitted online.
Due to delay in delivery due to COVID 19 pandemic situation, address of the recipient has been delayed.
Thank you to Masters, Leader and invited Artists for submiting your precious work and waiting for the result.
Under current situation, I will try my best to sucessfully finish up the current event, 2021 IWS Korea Biennal that has been held from September 10th till October 10th in the city of Hamyang.
